Piccolo Pizzeria first opened doors along Davis Street in 2011. Since then, we have been serving wood fired pizzas and hearty pastas to our community in the Western District in Hong Kong Island. Today, Kennedy Town has transformed from a quaint neighborhood into a buzzling little town, known as the ‘Soho of the West’. After 10 long years (by HK standards), we were asked to move out of Davis Street, making room for a larger residential footprint. Still keen on being in Kennedy Town, we moved to a new space along Cadogan Street, renamed Trattoria Piccolo.

 

Today, we bring Piccolo into a new chapter, offering exciting new dishes reminiscent of a Venetian Cichetti bar. The cicchetti snack menu changes daily, with our chefs making their daily market runs to Smithfield wet market. The pizza and pasta selection has been downsized, focusing on higher quality ingredients and better attention to cooking details.

The wine program works on a rustic Southern flair featuring wines from Sicily and Puglia, and a premium list for the affluent wine drinkers. Artisanal spirits and casual Spritz is readily available all day long.

We look forward to serving the community again, with a slightly different flair. Nonetheless, our core focus remains unchanged after a decade: Keeping ourselves ‘Piccolo’ (tiny in Italian) allows us to keep service personalized and quality high.
